Pennsylvania Bike Rallies

Carlisle Summer Bike Fest:  Carlisle, Pennsylvania (July 20 - 22, 2007) - Attracting 60,000 bikers, this bike rally takes place in the rural setting of Cumberland County with rolling hills, pastures, farm houses, and such.  This is a family - friendly bike rally with attractions such as bike shows, more than 600 vendors, bike stunts, live music, motorcycle celebrities, burn out competitions, and drag racing.  The Carlisle Summer Bike Fest offers a fun time for all who attend.

Thunder in the Valley:  Johnstown, Pennsylvania (June 21 - 24, 2007) - This is a bike rally in a community in which the local residents truly welcome the bikers.  As such, the Thunder in the Valley bike rally attracts more than 100,000 bikers.  Attendees can expect to find bike shows, a motorcycle parade, biker events, poker run, live music, some nice rides, and much more.  Pennsylvania seems to do an excellent job of making bikers feel welcome, and the Thunder in the Valley bike rally is no exception.

York Open House Rally:  York, Pennsylvania (September 27 - 29, 2007) - This rally takes place at in the community of York, known for it colonial and Victorian architecture.   Attractions include the traveling Harley-Davidson Museum, Harley-Davidson Manufacturing Plant tours, Harley-Davidson giveaway, demo rides, motorcycle stunts, a night motorcycle parade, over 30,000 square feet of vendors, and a street party.  The York Open House Rally is definitely a Harley-Davidson favored bike rally.

Northeast Motorcycle Expo – Jan 27^th – 28^th 2007 - King Of Prussia, PA The 1st Annual Northeast Motorcycle Expo, Valley Forge Expo Center. The police escorted ride begins at Highland Harley-Davidson 802 North Center Ave  in Somerset at 7:30 am on Friday. The two day ride will go to flight 93 crash site, the Pentagon in Arlington, and on to World Trade Center. The ride will stop overnight in Arlington, VA. First Annual Brothers For Flight 93 Run - September 8, 2007    Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Starts at 7901 State Road, in the parking lot at Curran Fromhold Correctional Facility at the Philadelphia Prison Complex in Philadelphia. The ride begins at 8:00 am. The ride fee is $40.00 per person. Ride fee includes a tee shirt, patch and ride pin. The ride is to raise funds for the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville Pa, and to award Scholarships for Pennsylvania Students.
