Salute Our Troops Motorcycle Rally – April 14th
2007 – Farmington NM -
Salute Our Troops will be sponsored by Four
Corners Harley-Davidson. It will be held to honor the men and women of
our armed forces, past and present, who have devoted their lives to
protect our great nation. It will also be held to support the Silver
Star Families of America. The ride will begin at Four Corners
Harley-Davidson; registration begins at 10am and the ride leaves at
11am. Pre-registration is $25 per rider, $35 for rider and passenger.
This includes t-shirt and meal. The ride will travel from Four Corners
HD to Veterans
Park then to Berg Park

Aspen Cash Bike Rally:
May 17 - 20, 2007 (Ruidoso, New Mexico) - This New Mexico bike rally
is known for it's large trade show with 33,000 square feet of vendors.
In addition, bikers are attracted to the Aspen Cash Bike Rally for its
$10,000 poker run, beautiful riding in the southern Rocky Mountains, and
gambling opportunities in the area casinos.
Red River Bike Run:
May 25 - 28, 2007 (Red River, New Mexico) -
At 8,750 feet above sea level, Red River
is perched high in the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range, and surrounded
by 1.5 million acres of the Carson National Forest. As a result,
bikers can expect some of the most scenic rides to be found at any
rally. You can take a ride around the “Enchanted Circle”; a scenic
84-mile tour that takes you through a spectacular alpine valley that
includes Angel Fire, Eagle Nest Village & Lake, and Taos. You can
also participate in the rally activities that begin on Friday with sign
in at the Chamber booth on Main Street & Jacks & Sixes. Downtown Red
River is 1 mile long and on Saturday and Sunday, it is 1 mile of food,
leather, jewelry, motorcycle accessories, live music, and of course
30,000 motorcycles. The local saloons offer a Best tattoo contest,
Strong Man/Strong Woman contest, the longest ponytail contest, oldest
Red River Rally T-Shirt contest, or maybe you are eligible for the
farthest distance traveled on a motorcycle award. Sunday there is
a Rolling Raffle around the Enchanted Circle, a raffle cash drawing at
the Chamber Booth, and CMA non-denominational services. Monday starts
with a ride up to Angel Fire for the parade and ceremonies at the
Vietnam Veterans National Monument in Angel Fire.
Fire and Ice Bike Rally:
July 13 - 15, 2007 (Grant, New Mexico) - Located in Grant, New
Mexico, the Fire and Ice Bike Rally takes place in northwestern New
Mexico in a area characterized by ancient volcanic activity including
old lava tube. In addition, there are several indian ruins and
national parks/monuments to viewed in the area around Grant. In
addition, there are ice caves located in the area; subsequently, the
name "fire and ice" is appropriate. Bikers also have a chance to
see the historic Route 66, which was a very important highway when it
was built in 1926. The Fire and Ice Bike Rally offers attractions
such as a motorcycle rodeo, poker run, beer gardens, live music,
motorcycle giveaway, biker baby contest, motorcycle tours, and vendors.
